Each bottle of Bikini Mezcal is crafted to meet the highest standards of mezcal production and export. We don´t take shortcuts. We don´t outsourse quality. We control what matters.
Process
and raw materials:
- 100% Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia).
- Matured between 8 and 10 years.
- Roasted in clay ovens fired with wood.
- Ground with a stone tahona.
- Fermented with natural yeasts in open-air wooden vats.
- Distilled twice in copper stills.
- No additives — only agave and water.
Compliance
and certifications:
- Complies with standards NOM-070 and NOM-142.
- Facility supervision with CRM certification.
- Legal labeling includes: alcohol content, origin, batch code, NOM, and health warnings.
- Transport classification: UN1170, Class 3, Group II.
Bottle design
and formats:
- Glass bottle sculpted in a feminine shape.
- Hand-decorated with a reusable silicone bikini (27 colors).
- Formats: 50 ml, 333 ml, 999 ml (VIP version with LED cap).
Box sizes
and logistics:
- 50 ml: 48 bottles per box — 3,840 per pallet
- 333 ml: 12 bottles per box — 864 per pallet
- 999 ml: 6 bottles per box — 240 per pallet
- Packed in recyclable boxes on wooden pallets ready for export.
